Kids & Juniors

NUTS Kids & Juniors is a children’s run as part of the NUTS HEL weekend. The course takes place on real trails, and the event is organized with the same care and attention as the adult races.

💚 FINISH WITH A SMILE
The course is designed so that every child can cross the finish line feeling great. Timing is included, but the main goal is to have fun every step of the way. The atmosphere is relaxed and encouraging.

❤️ THE WHOLE FAMILY ON THE TRAIL
The start area welcomes both first-timers and more experienced young runners. Accompanying adults are allowed and even recommended for the youngest participants. A guardian can run along the course without a personal race number.

  • Youth taking their first steps in trail running

Why participate?

Because every trail runner once ran to their first finish line. In this run, every young hero on the trails is a winner, and participants are not ranked by finish time.

📍 NUTS HEL KIDS race is a loop course.

📍 Event Location

NUTS Kids & Juniors HEL will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026! The start and finish are at Eläintarha Sports Field. The course offers the right level of challenge for both little feet and speedy runners alike!

🙌 Registration for the KIDS run opens closer to the event.

Every enthusiastic participant will receive a personal race number for timing, as well as a keepsake and refreshments/snacks at the aid station after completing the course. At NUTS Kids & Juniors events, everyone is a winner – no separate prizes are awarded based on finishing positions.
