The Runner’s Path
On Friday, the trail begins in the dark.
Nightfall 6K is run by headlamp as the city fades and the forest takes over.
Intro Trail 6K is your way in.
14 km takes you deeper into the rhythm of Central Park.
25 km brings the full experience together into one complete challenge.

Twenty-five kilometres of urban trail running. The classic route of Central Park.14km
A fast and versatile trail challenge in Helsinki’s Central Park.Nightfall 6K
Six kilometres of urban darkness. Headlamps switch on, the city fades away and the trail begins.
All routes unfold within the same park.
Runners meet at aid stations, then split onto their own distances.
Each course follows its own arc — in the same landscape, at a different scale.
