Curious about conquering the trails? Join us for a trail running technique session, guided by a pro! We’ll practice essential trail running skills on a course designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned trail lover, this session has you covered with hands-on practice in nearby terrain.
Running Technique Session vol. 2 at 18:00-18:45
It’s time to dive deeper! In this session, we’ll fine-tune more advanced aspects of running form through practical drills. We’ll focus on the finer details like glute activation and footstrike, helping you level up your running efficiency. You don’t need to have attended vol. 1, but if you did, this is the perfect follow-up!
